Which tier should I choose?

It depends on how much you want to support BikerBase. Rider gives you the basics. Legend gives you maximum influence and the most exclusive perks. Pick the tier that feels right for you.

Can I switch tiers?

You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and only pay the difference. Downgrades are not available — you keep all perks from your chosen tier.

Are spots really limited?

Yes. Each tier has a fixed number of spots. Once they are gone, that tier closes. The Legend tier in particular has very few spots available.
