If a payment does not go through, there are several possible causes. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Check your card details — card number, expiry date, and security code must be correct.

  2. Make sure your account has sufficient funds.

  3. Try a different payment method if one is available.

  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies to remove stale session data.

  5. Try the payment again.

  6. If it still fails, wait a few minutes and try once more.

  7. If the problem persists, contact support from the help menu.

All payments on BikerBase are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are encrypted in transit and never stored on our servers.
