Set Up Your Rider Profile

Complete your profile so other riders can find you and learn more about you.

  1. Navigate to your Profile from the menu in the top right corner.
  2. Enter a display name. It must be at least 5 characters long.
  3. Review or change your username.
  4. Optionally add a bio, your website, and your location.
  5. Upload a profile picture by clicking the avatar area.
  6. Set your preferred distance unit — kilometres or miles.
  7. Select your timezone.
  8. Choose the visibility of your profile: Private, Friends, Groups, or Public.
  9. Click Save to apply your changes.

A complete profile with a photo and bio makes a great first impression and helps you connect with other riders faster.

What is the minimum display name length?

Your display name must be at least 5 characters long.

What visibility options are available?

You can choose between Private, Friends, Groups, and Public. "Private" means only you can see your profile. "Public" makes it visible to all BikerBase users.

Can I change my username later?

Yes, you can change your username in the profile settings. The new username must follow the same rules: 3 to 20 characters, only letters, numbers, and underscores.
