Send Messages
Use the BikerBase chat system to connect with other riders — through direct messages, group chats, or channels.
- Open the Messages section from the navigation.
- Tap New Conversation to start a chat.
- Search for a user in the search field and select them.
- Type your message in the text field and tap Send.
- Use the attachment options to share photos, locations, tours, or GPX files.
- Create a group chat by selecting multiple users when starting a new conversation.
- Manage conversations from the context menu: Archive, Mute, or adjust notifications.
You can share different content types in messages: text, images, locations, shared tours, and GPX files. Use the attachment icons in the input field.
Channels are topic-based conversations within a chapter. All members can discuss a specific subject there.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I create group chats?
Yes. Select multiple users when creating a new conversation. You can also give the group chat a name.
How do I mute a conversation?
Open the conversation and tap the context menu. Select Mute. You won't receive notifications for that conversation anymore, but you can still read it anytime.
What content can I share in messages?
You can send text, images, locations, shared tours, and GPX files. Use the attachment options in the input field to pick the content type you want to share.
