Depending on the event you can sign up with a simple RSVP or purchase a ticket. Paid tickets include a QR code for entry.

  1. Open the event you want to attend.

  2. Tap Attend for a simple RSVP or select a ticket category (e.g. General Admission, VIP).

  3. Fill out the questionnaire if the organizer has set one up.

  4. Complete payment via Stripe if it is a paid ticket.

  5. You receive a confirmation with your ticket and a QR code for entry.

Check the event refund policy before purchasing. The organizer sets whether and under what conditions refunds are available.

Your QR code is unique and gets scanned at the entrance. Keep it ready on your phone.

How do QR code tickets work?

Every ticket contains a unique QR code. At the entrance the event staff scans the code to verify you as a ticket holder. You can find the QR code in your confirmation and in your profile.

What if an event is sold out?

If the organizer has enabled a waitlist you can join it. As soon as a spot opens up you get notified and have a limited time to purchase the ticket.

How do refunds work?

Refunds depend on the organizer's policy. You can request a cancellation through your ticket management page. The organizer must approve the cancellation. If approved, the refund is processed automatically through the original payment method.

Can I buy multiple tickets at once?

Yes. If you buy multiple tickets in one transaction and a questionnaire is required, you can fill it out once for all tickets or individually for each one.
