Create an Event

Create your own event on BikerBase — from an after-work ride to a multi-day convention. You control who sees it and how sign-ups work.

  1. Go to the Events section in the navigation.
  2. Tap Create Event.
  3. Enter a name and description for your event.
  4. Set the date — choose between a single-day or multi-day event.
  5. Add the location (physical, virtual, or hybrid).
  6. Choose the visibility: Private, Group, Platform Public, or Internet Public.
  7. Optionally enable RSVP, ticketing, waitlist, or a questionnaire.
  8. Add tags so your event is easy to find.
  9. Save your event as a draft or tap Publish.

You can save an event as a draft at any time and finish it later. It only becomes visible to others after you publish it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I create multi-day events?

Yes. When setting the date you can choose a start and end date. You can optionally set daily start and end times as well.

What visibility options are available?

Four levels: Private (only you), Group (group members only), Platform Public (all BikerBase users), and Internet Public (visible to everyone, including via search engines).

Can I add tickets after creating the event?

Yes. You can enable ticketing and add ticket categories after creation, as long as the event has not taken place yet.
